There they are. Big chile peppers stuffed with shreaded chicken, covered in egg whites beaten to a foamy froth. Spicy and AMAZINGLY delicious.

In the truck going back to the main road with our assistants Nelson and Eva. We have been met with nothing but kindness and hospitality since our arrival, as well as some fun.
In one of the villages after meeting some of the families. We are waiting for the truck to drive us to the main road while watching the storm on the hills.
